Do you have experience of leadership training for Ministers and/or Lay Persons? Have you ever served or worked in another country? If so, the Methodist Church in Britain (MCB) would love to hear from you.

MCB has an exciting and inspiring voluntary opportunity for one month (and possibly more) to work alongside the Methodist Church in Togo. Basic duties involve leadership training for Lay and Ordained Ministers and Institutional stakeholders both in the field and in the classroom, including training in Church, Financial, Project and Team management. You will also benefit from closely engaging with a new contexts and expanding your personal development whilst learning from the Church in Togo.

Please note that an ability to speak French would be helpful but not essential. 

This is a voluntary post but travel and insurance would be paid for, and Togo based arrangements will be negotiated with the local church.
