Hello everyone,

My name is David Nesbitt, and I’ve recently started my new role as World Mission Partnership Co-Ordinator.

In many ways, working for MCI feels like coming home. I was raised in Laghey Methodist Church (part of the Dungannon Circuit) and went on to study theology at Queen’s – so Edgehill is familiar territory! I also spent several years with another Methodist organisation, Belfast Central Mission.

I’m very excited to be starting work with WMP, and I’m looking forward to connecting with congregations in Ireland and across the world. I’m particularly keen to find ways we can build relationships and share knowledge between churches, so that we can grow our shared faith and find effective ways of sharing it with others.
