I did social work at university. After graduating I worked in a school and then I came here. I see people and hear their stories. People said I was a good listener.

My work is hard but still I come to work. I can help. When you listen to a problem, you can help. It’s important to listen well. I don’t tell anyone what to do, I listen and they decide. I see the change in young people from the first meeting. You see the young man who is isolated and how his thinking can change.”
