District Link update

Each of the Methodist Church in Ireland’s three Districts are linked with a world church, with the purpose of sharing Christ. You can read more about our District Links here.
MCI’s North Eastern District is linked with the Methodist Church Ghana, specifically its Northern Accra Diocese.

We recently received this message from the Bishop of the Diocese, Rt. Rev. Prof. Joseph M. Y. Edusa-Eyison,

”The Northern Accra Diocese is in its third year of existence. We held our third Synod the first week of May. It was very successful. Synod took note of the partnership we have with the North Eastern District of The Methodist Church in Ireland, and was most appreciative. The prayer cards you sent us are used during worship service every Sunday, praying on some of the prayer topics listed each Sunday. It is our hope that the partnership with grow firmer by the day to our mutual benefit.”
