IJM is one of the largest antislavery organisations in the world, working to protect people in poverty from everyday violence, modern slavery and human trafficking. IJM consists of a global team of lawyers, social workers, criminal investigators, survivors and church communities collaborating to build a safer world where all are protected. IJM achieves this by bringing people to safety, strengthening justice systems and advocating for protection to be an essential and tangible future for everyone. Together with partners, IJM have brought over 85,000 people to safety and have seen a decrease in slavery by 86% in places they have worked.
